This German driver takes a backseat to nobody when it comes to parallel parking. Stuntman Ronny Wechselberger squeezed his Volkswagon Polo into a parking space that was only 26 centimeters longer than his car in a video released by Guinness World Records.
Using a hand brake to whip his car into the tight opening, Wechselberg beat the previous record by one centimeter that was set New Zealand stuntman Peter Bell last year, according to Car & SUV.
Wechselberg, also known as Ronny C-Rock, set the record in Berlin in April, according to Guinness, but his reign as tightest parker has already come to an end. Zhang Hua, of China, shattered C-Rock's triumph by fitting his car into a space only 24 centimeters longer than his ride, according to Guinness.
Guinness said a video of that record-setting performance will be released later this year.
