A real-life hobbit house in the hills of Montana

This man made hobbit house was built by LOTR enthusiast Steve Michaels and his wife Christine. It cost over $410,000 to make this house in the hills. However, unlike the simple homes featured in J.R.R. Tolkien’s novels, the Hobbit House of Montana comes with a modern king-size bedroom, a great kitchen with customized granite counters, HD Blu-Ray television set, XM Radio, three phones and WiFi. So I can Chive in peace. And if you want to vacation there it is a bit pricey at $245 a night.
