Denise Bornschein With Ian Duke And Cassie SpreitzerPlum Network hosted a dinner to honor its contributors Jay McInerney, Jonathan Marc Sherman and Taylor Plimpton who helped create Plum Hamptons, at Southampton Social Club on Wednesday, August 31st, 2011. VIP Guests included Nacho Figueras, Delfina Blaquier, Savannah Buffett, Michael Showalter, Michael Mailer, Holly Peterson, Alexandra Shiva, Lawrence Bender, Seth Herzog, Anne Hearst, Lara Shriftman and Patrick McMullan. Southampton Social Club catered the event and provided an arrangement of hors d'oeuvres which included mini crab cakes, beef satays with a soy teriyaki glaze, blackened shrimp on homemade tortilla chips with guacamole, and a salmon tar-tar with a tequila vinaigrette, along with tasteful buffet with dishes including London Broil, the Roasted Chicken, Lobster Tagalini and the Pan Roasted Scottish Salmon. Attendees were treated to a selection of Wolffer Wines and enjoyed a live performance from songwriter Jesse Harris.
