Facebook Timeline Receives Impressive Reviews On Twitter

Facebook's new Timeline profile has received impressive reviews on Twitter, the day after CEO Mark Zuckerberg unveiled a series of innovative new features for the site at its annual f8 conference in San Francisco.
Zuckerberg announced on Thursday the new profiles would be rolled out across the website in the coming weeks with a beta version being made available to developers almost immediately.

Some tech sites, however, have already published guides for how users can access Timeline, with large numbers of Twitter users revealing they are trying out the new site for themselves

The vast majority of the comments on the micro-blogging site have so far been positive, with Carl Krebs posting: ‘I think the Facebook timeline is such a cool and innovative idea.. I'm a fan!’

Online personality Justine Ezarik also wrote: 'Facebook timeline is awesome. I don't care what anyone says.'

Not all reviews were positive though, with some users still complaining about the previous updates and the speed of changes by Facebook.

Timeline and the new version of Open Graph announced yesterday are both parts of Facebook’s continual mission to become an ‘entertainment hub’.
