Common man is common man everywhere. Star worship is something that exists everywhere. be it sportsmen or movie stars - these people win hearts of people and thats what matters which is most important.

They are implying that those who are currently working for body shops are to find an employer that would offer their definition of employer-employee relationship. But you are still with the body shop, then your extnesion will be denied!

Did I mention I'm making millions? Obviously on the way, but atleast I have something to fall back to if I loose my job. Do you?
Sure EB5 has to do. The Amwayers and Quicksteres claim to have entrepreuners and also claim to make millions (just like you are on your way to make millions). These are the two things required to get a GC in EB5. So if you are just reacing millions you should definitely plan for EB5 GC freeing up one valuable EB3 spot :rolleyes:

It is rather you who will not just loss your shirt on this Amway business but will be deported for illegal and unauthorized employment. Discrimination in employment based on nationality is not allowed. However, can we extend the argument to the employment based immigration? We can always choose to take that promotion though we will lose our place in the queue.

These guys might meet you and greet you in WMT. Once it happened, the guy's wife met my wife and complimented her that "Ooh you have a sweet little boy!" and that's how the convesation started with my wife and then with me. The guy told me he runs his "ecommerce business". Next day he calls us for tea to discuss "ecommerce business" , I became suspicious and charged him "Are you running Amway?" He said there is nothing wrong in running Amway business and I had a heated argument with him over this as to why he did not tell me earlier.
So thats it - nowadays they have adopted a different strategy!
i was once lured into a feakin quickstar/BWW something like that meeting unknowingly where their "platinum member" or some other looser was visiting.
it was me against all of them -my question was simple-why don't you answer all my questions regarding how this works and just keep telling me to have 'trust' in them!
they told me to have trust in our 'own company' and by its product like toothpaste etc.
Next thing i saw when i visited their restroom was a colgate toothpaste on the restroom sink.. haa..platinum loosers

I have filled my Green card in Eb3 category. I am planning to now file it in Eb2 Category, but want to retain my Eb3 Priority date (which is 2005) . Please let me know:
1) How does it affect my current Green card process in case of Rejection of New ( Eb2) or Query on it( RFE).
2) If a different employer files my green card in EB2 category, at what stage will I have to join this new employer. I am planning to let my new (future) employer file GC in Eb2 while I continue working for my old employee. I will then join the new employer after getting the green card. Is this possible? I want this EB2 case to have the same priority date as EB3.
3) I Have Already filled 485 in Eb3 category , Do I have to file I485 in Eb2 Again or my Previous Eb3 485 Transfered to this New Eb2 Category
4) If I have to file New I485 in Eb2 in that case what happened to My Eb3 485

I have a general question on an option in case of I-485 denial. I know that if underlying I-140 gets denied, I-485 is also denied. My question : is the vice versa true. ? If I-485 gets denied, will I-140 also gets denied.?
If I-485 is denied (AC21 issue for example), can an applicant choose Consular processing on existing I-140, assuming that it is not revoked? Just like if COS is not granted, applicant leaves country and goes to consulate for stamping ?
I do not know the specific facts of your case but the denial of I-485 can be appealed successfully. Therefore if your I-485 gets denied your underlying I-140 does not get denied.
