The newest addition to the casino’s ever expanding culinary lineup will feature Certified USDA Prime steaks, adventurous sushi rolls and an extensive list of craft beers, excellent wines and signature cocktails. Renown Chef and owner of Mia at Caesars Atlantic City and Table 31 at The Comcast Center, Chris Scarduzio will operate what is set to be the hottest new restaurant/lounge to hit the East Coast in quite some time.
The 230-seat restaurant will additionally feature an exposed sushi bar as well as a late-night lounge complete with live DJ’s on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights.

The menu will satisfy all tastes and likes; diners will be able to choose from a variety of food and several courses. Appetizers range from tuna tartare complete with massago, cucumber, jalapeno, caper and crispy wontons, home-made potato gnocchi topped with savory bolognaise sauce and grated pecorino cheese, and diver sea scallops with fregola sarda and pancetta cream. Guests have the option to share decadent charcuterie or cheese plates or the ever extravagant AC Submarine which includes sliced USDA certified prime rib eye of beef, Chianti glazed beef short ribs, seared Hudson valley fois gras, cipollini onions, black truffle fonduta, heirloom tomatoes, bibb lettuce and soft Philly roll. For the main course diners will enjoy an abundance of options such as center perfectly cooked filet mignon, Scottish salmon filet with sides of lobster whipped potatoes, baby bok choy and ginger emulsion or crispy bronzino complimented by spicy shellfish risotto and vermouth butter. For sushi lovers, Scarduzio’s will offer everything from the Spicy Lobster Hand roll which includes jalapeno relish, cucumber, tomato and bibb lettuce to the Mix Vegetable Futomaki Roll composed of seaweed, avocado, cucumber carrot, asparagus.
