The infant line, which was originally titled Little Christopher Fischer, has been renamed, reinvented and expanded, and will be launched at Barneys New York this fall, as well as Christopher Fischer boutiques in New York City, Southampton, East Hampton and Greenwich, CT.
Christopher Fischer will preview his new Spring 2012 baby collection at the Children’s Club tradeshow in New York City, Sunday, July 31st to Tuesday, August 2nd, 2011. The collection in pure cotton as well as pure cashmere is both precious and totally luxe, featuring sweaters and accessories including knitted jackets, cardigans, sweaters, pants, booties, mittens, hats, blankets and toys. The line is designed with a minimal yet sophisticated edge in delicate hues of beige and silver grey, highlighted by pure white and citrus green and orange. Christopher Fischer Baby is the ideal must give and must have baby gift for newborns to age four. The line was inspired by Christopher’s twin two-year-old godchildren, Phoebe and Freddy and dedicated to his godson Wesley.
Children’s Club is a press and trade show event that features both renowned and up-and-coming ready-to-wear and accessory children’s collections.
