We get the general idea of gogo dancing, a babe stands up on the stage and dances, it helps get the party going… it’s not a new concept. So perhaps we should call this something like Modern Gogo Dancing. It’s a car-show type thing, very stylized and sexy in ways we don’t fully understand.

The dancers wear fairly revealing outfits, particularly in the ass region. Modern Gogo has a lot to do with ass. And hips — it’s almost like bellydancing at times.
A sped-up bellydancing in hot pants or a thong, with occasional booty-popping. Sometimes they’ll be up there on the stage going absolutely crazy with it, shaking their business all over the place; at other times they seem almost disinterested, absent-mindedly rolling those liquid hips and staring off into space.
And then–pow!–they’re shaking their business all over the place again.
We know what you’re thinking at this point: Girlwatcher, dude, you are not explaining this very well. It sounds like they’re just sexy dancers.
Well, there are the boots… they wear these crazy furry boots. And they seem to have a lot of things tied onto them, sometimes around their limbs but always hanging off at the hip, so that the dancing may make you think of flag football.
Sometimes they’ll even wear a tutu thing, but it’s cut ridiculously short so that viewers (who are always below the dancers, looking up) can still dig the hot pants or thong. And they also have lovely long hair they whip most skillfully.
