
This week in Hollywood, There will be 2 films with a lot of similarities that will open on the exact same day, June 20. Both of them are try to amuse in the same genre which is comedy, both are two major comedies put out by great studios, Paramount and Warner Bros, and both also have two of the most popular lead comedian actors of the day. In one corner we have Mike Myers’ attempt to launch a new, wacky character, the twirl-mustached India-raised sage Pitka, in “The Love Guru.” And in the other corner we have Steve Carell stepping into the shoe-phone of Maxwell Smart in the remake of the ‘60s TV comedy series
