As many of you pointed out, Victoria Beckham first wore her black lace Dolce & Gabbana coat back in 2003 when David received his OBE from the Queen.
Looking at her more recent picture, it looks like she may have shorten the coat a tiny bit, as it now appears above her knee, whereas before it was over her knee.
